Deposits:
Any breakages, fines, misused, or lost items will be deducted from your security deposit. Villas left in any condition that goes beyond wear and tear will be also be billed and this amount paid to the housekeepers for the additional labor. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and accept the responsibility for any damages that exceeds the standard deposit amount. The balance of such deposit would be fully refunded within seven business days after the last day of your reservation in the same manner that you originally made your payment.

No pets or smoking or fireworks allowed at any time in any of our rentals!

La Paloma is a beautiful and tranquil ocean front residential resort. If you are interested in having fun in the sun and relaxation, La Paloma is the place for you. If this includes being riotous, loud, and unruly, La Paloma is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Each bedroom sleeps two and sometimes two in the living area. More than that will be considered overcrowding, and will not be tolerated. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Guards who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the complex, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner or rental agent to the liability for exceptional service charges.

By Submitting This Agreement Electronically to Rosarito Beach Vacations with my Name Typed Out, I've Acknowledged and Agreed to All Terms Outlined On This Rental Agreement.
